Warrant Arrest – On Thursday, November 16, 2017, at 2:34 p.m., Officer Daniel Ricciardella arrested 47-year-old Nancy Boutilette of Cedar Drive, Lanoka Harbor, NJ on an outstanding Lacey Township municipal warrant for owner responsible for control of dogs (134-2A) in the amount of $400. She was unable to post and transported to Ocean County Correctional facility in lieu of bail.
