On Saturday, October 22nd, 2016, the Lacey Township Police Department participated in the Lacey Chamber of Commerce “Trunk or Treat” event, held at Gille Park, 56 Manchester Avenue, in Lanoka Harbor, NJ.  The event, hosted by the Lacey Chamber of Commerce, was held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and included approximately 40 area businesses, who each gave back to the community providing a “Trunk or Treat.”

The event provided a fun Halloween experience for the hundreds of families that attended, and included face-painting, temporary tattoos, and various give-aways for the kids, including their favorite Halloween candy.  The kids were able to dress up in their Halloween costumes and “Trunk or Treat” in a fun, yet safe manner.

I want to thank the Lacey Chamber of Commerce and all of the businesses that participated, for providing this amazing event for everyone. My officers truly enjoyed the interaction and we look forward to partipating next year.
