All of the thefts have occurred during the late night/early morning hours at the Lacey Walmart, located at 580 Route 9 in Lanoka Harbor.

 –          The first theft involved a single actor in the store and the unknown driver of the getaway vehicle. The actor entered the store through the front foyer and meandered around the store. Ultimately he proceeded to the television display area, picked up a boxed flat screen television and exited through the rear fire door.  Once outside the store, the actor got into the getaway vehicle that was waiting for him.

 –          The second theft involved two actors in the store and the unknown driver of the getaway vehicle. Two male actors entered the store through the front foyer and walked back to the television display area. Both subjects each picked up a boxed flat screen television and exited through the rear fire door. Once outside the store, the actor got into the getaway vehicle that was waiting for them. During this theft, one of the television boxes was too large and the vehicle is seen leaving the parking lot with the rear passenger side door open with the boxed television hanging out.

 –          The third theft involved a single actor and no getaway driver. The male actor is seen on camera walking around the south end of the exterior of the building, toward the front of the store. The actor then entered the front foyer of the store and walked back to the television display area. The actor then picked up a boxed flat screen television and exited the store through the rear fire door. Once outside the store he entered the vehicle that he had parked behind the store.

Primary Actor: Appears to be a white male with short, dark hair who wears a black hooded “Restore the Shore” sweatshirt during the thefts.

Vehicle: A small dark sedan, with 7 spoke wheels or hubcaps, with what appears to be a high-mounted third brake light (in the top of rear window as opposed the being mounted to the rear deck).

Additionally, the above mentioned actor has done this in other stores. He reported that the Walmarts in Brick and Toms River were victims of theft, as well as the Walgreens in which the actor stole cigarettes.
